Sales Assistant - Amsterdam outlet (premium fashion brand)

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for one of our customer, a fashion premium Brand, a sales assistant in Amsterdam Style outlets,  to clarify there are several positions (Full-Time and Part-Time).

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich. Therefore, we offer you this position as sales assistant for a high-end brand.

Responsibilities of a  sales assistant in Amsterdam outlet:

  • Be an ambassador of the brand, moreover, communicate the values and brand philosophy.
  • Welcome and assist customers throughout their visit by providing a personalised service.
  • Develop customer loyalty, in addition, guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of the turnover of your point of sale.
  • Ensure the follow-up of stocks and guarantee their reliability.
  • Receiving goods and restocking.
  • Highlight the collections through inspiring merchandising visuals and to create the visual merchandising in consequently accordance with the company's guidelines.


  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong actitude to fashion and to sales
  • Customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
