Sales Advisor (Automotive)

Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG. We are looking for one of our customers, an automotive luxury brand, 4 Sales Advisors to join their Store in Munich.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe, and we have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Job Description as Sales Advisor:

  • The Sales Advisors mission is to provide to the customer a unique, outstanding, best-in-class customer experience which starts with the first contact with the customer and lasts for the following years of his or her ownership
  • The Sales Advisors are responsible to guide the customer through the sales process from configuration, test drive, consultation up until the actual sale
  • The Sales Advisors are the main interface between the customer and  needs to build up a strong, interpersonal relationship with (potential) customers.
  • The Sales Advisors are the brand ambassadors and deliver the values and product experience to visitors, guests, customers and partners alike

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Formation
    • Preferably in hotel/gastronomy and/or premium and luxury retail (automotive not a must)
  • Experience customer servicing and sales background (5+ years) within premium/luxury segment
  • Driver’s license
  • German language written and spoken (excellent to native) and English written and spoken (business level)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Microsoft office, Salesforce
