Sales Advisor (Automotive)
On behalf of our client, a luxury segment top player in the automotive industry, for 2 Sales Advisors to join their Store in Frankfurt.
Job Description as Sales Advisor:
- The Sales Advisors mission is to provide to the customer a unique, outstanding, best-in-class customer experience which starts with the first contact with the customer and lasts for the following years of his or her ownership
- The Sales Advisors are responsible to guide the customer through the sales process from configuration, test drive, consultation up until the actual sale
- The Sales Advisors are the main interface between the customer and needs to build up a strong, interpersonal relationship with (potential) customers.
- The Sales Advisors are the brand ambassadors and deliver the values and product experience to visitors, guests, customers and partners alike
- Bachelor’s degree / Formation
- Preferably in hotel/gastronomy and/or premium and luxury retail (automotive not a must)
- Experience customer servicing and sales background (5+ years) within premium/luxury segment
- Driver’s license
- German language written and spoken (excellent to native) and English written and spoken (business level)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Microsoft office, Salesforce
