From Luxe Talent, an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and FMCG, we are looking for STORE SUPERVISOR to manage the Resort Store of an international luxury brand, parto f the LVMH Group, in Nammos Village, Mykonos.
This is a seasonal opportunity, from mid April until end of October, with the possibility of a seasonal permanent contract to have a long term collaboration and be in charge of the Resort Store each year.
In our recruitment agency we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe, where we have offices in strategic locations such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Munich.
Responsibilities of the Nammos Store Supervisor:
- Big opening and closing of the store, being in charge of all the operational and administrative tasks, in contact with the local providers and stakeholders
- Team management and coaching
- Clienteling, CRM and excellent customer service
- Local business developer
- Support the Store Project Manager in KPI’s analysis and commercial strategies
Requirements of the Nammos Store Supervisor:
- Greek native or equivalent
- English fluent
- Good understanding of market and operations in Mykonos
- Very good leadership, communication, team animation and project management skills.
- Ability to take responsibilities, autonomy, reliability and rigour in execution.
- Ability to work effectively with retail software programs (MS Office, SAP etc…).
- Availability from mid-April until end of October
