Job description:
- Training and leading the team;
- Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service;
- KPI’S management and achieve store targets;
- Able to process store deliveries and to manage the stock by coording the stock team;
- Able to organize the visual merchandising of the department;
- Ensuring the store looks always presentable and inviting to our customers.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a sharp business mindset. We are looking for a passionate professional who has excellent customer service and communication skills, an excellent management and leadership skills, passion for fashion and motivated to evolve and grow inside the company. Fluency in English is mandatory and Spanish is a valuable asset.
