Luxe Talent, International recruitment agency specialised in Fashion, Luxury and Retail is currently looking for a professional and experienced Sales Assistant for a Premium Fashion Brand in Antwerp.

Job description as Store Manager:

As a Sales Assistant you will be a brand ambassador and provide exceptional customer service; maximise store profitability by exceeding your sales targets; assist in the maintenance of standards on the shop floor and for all displays and merchandise. Your main duties include promote customer relationships, ensure efficient use of CRM, keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends, contribute to the achievement of the target by working in team.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, French and Flemish is mandatory;
• Previsous experience as Sales Assistant;
• Manages his/ her image standards on a high level;
• Strong attention to details and great customer service skills;
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals;
• Good team player;
• Familiar with CRM systems and KPIs;
• Capacity to multitask and work in a dynamic environment;
• Strong knowledge and/or interest for fashion/luxury industry.
