Sales Advisor | Luxury Men Brand

Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training firm specialising in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Sales Advisor at Knokke .

In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the uxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich.

Description of the Sales Advisor :

Main responsibilities of the Sales Assistant:

• Provide excellent customer service, tailored to each client’s culture and personality, while creating a pleasant shopping environment that reflects the brand’s image.
• Demonstrate and embody the brand image through the service you deliver, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Respond to all customer inquiries and issues in a professional, effective, and timely manner.
• Build and maintain successful relationships with clients, resulting in strong sales performance.
• Ensure customer loyalty to the brand by developing these relationships through personal interaction and proactive client engagement.

Requirements

• • Proven retail experience in the fashion industry
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch as well as in French and/or English (to be tested during the interview); additional languages are a plus
  • Strong customer-oriented skills to maintain client contact and build long-term professional and loyal relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail to support the company’s needs and deliver a polished and professional service
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. Able to build genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients, collaborate with team members, and effectively support the Store Manager
  • Proactive, dynamic, and eager to learn and grow
  • Adaptable and flexible
