Wholesale Account Manager (South & Center Italy)
On behalf of our client, a top cosmetic brand, we are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to manage arround 40POS in the center and south area of Italy. The position can be based either in Florence or in Rome.
- Keep tabs on sales and profits and plan accordly to boost numbers.
- Ensure all visual merchandising and POS presentations.
- Manage in-store events and promotions.
- Manage the partners accounts
- Visit partners stores and find new business opportunities.
- Execute the trade marketing calendars and develop plans to incrase sales.
- Setting up and synchronising trade marketing initiatives.
- Setting up and executing an effective training and development program that delights and engages in-store personnel.
- Drive the digital experience, teaming up with media agencies that our partners employ.
For this position it is mandatory that you live in Rome or in Florence, have a native level of italian and high level of english and that you have a valid driving license.
We are thinking on someone who has a bachelor's degree and atleast 3 years of relevant experience in the wholesale channel managing different POS. You must be available to travel up to 80% of the time within the south and central region of Italy.
You must be a customer-centric person, with people and negotiation skills and able to create and develop partner relations.
