Store Manager Automotive Brand

Luxe Talent, International recruitment agency specialised in Luxury and Retail is currently looking for a professional and experienced Store Manager for an Automotive Brand in the beautiful Zurich.

Job description as Store Manager:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running and leading of the sales and aftersales team in the store.

You will be in charge of all staff processes including recruitment, development of sales, service planning, training and running performance review.

Your main duties include: ensure sales goals are achieved; analyse sales performance and forecast trends; report daily traffic/sales to the headquarter, provide high standards of customer service; make sure store policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English is mandatory, a third language would be considered as a plus;
• Previous experience and knowledge of the Automotive Sector;
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Team management and leadership skills;
• Result-driven approach and commercial awareness;
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving attitude;
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and KPIs;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills especially with various levels of internal/external stakeholders;
• Good ability to create and maintain interpersonal relationships;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
