Sales Advisor – Premium Fashion – Menswear

Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Full Time Sales Advisor Premium Fashion in Menswear in Luxembourg.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich and Amsterdam.

JOBDESCRIPTION

Tasks of the sales advisor:

• Provide an exceptional customer experience and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity by following all steps of the company's sales procedures;
• Demonstrate and reflect the brand image through the service you provide with a positive and professional attitude;
• Responding to all customer queries and problems in a professional, effective and timely manner;
• Build and maintain quality relationships with customers, resulting in strong sales performance;
• Ensure loyalty to the brand by developing these relationships through personal interaction and active customer engagement;
• Being a proactive member of the team, working towards achieving set tasks and meeting shop objectives.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Experience in a fashion retail environment;
• Strong customer-facing skills to ensure that customer contact is maintained and that a long-term professional and loyal relationship is established;
• Excellent attention to detail to support the needs of the business and provide a polished and professional service;
• Ability to create an authentic warm welcome for all customers to ensure the most professional and positive environment possible;
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills. Able to build strong, authentic relationships with customers and collaborate with fellow team members while supporting the store manager and working effectively together;
• Proactive, dynamic and willing to learn and develop;
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Speaking fluent French and English, German is a plus.
