Senior Sales Advisor

From Luxe Talent, an international consultancy firm specializing in recruitment, selection, and training, we are currently looking for a Senior Sales Advisor on behalf of one of our clients, a luxury fashion brand, for their boutique in London.

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.

Senior Sales Advisor Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through outstanding clienteling
• Support daily boutique operations, stock control, and visual merchandising
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and store performance goals
• Represent the brand with elegance, confidence, and authenticity

Senior Sales Advisor requirements:

• Enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a strong background in retail or luxury fashion
• A true ambassador of the brand with a customer-centric mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Team players with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Passion for accessories, craftsmanship, and high-end styling
