Boutique & Showroom Manager (m/w/d) – Fine Jewelry, Geneva

Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specialised in executive and middle management positions within the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is currently looking for a Boutique & Showroom Manager (m/w/d) in Geneva.

As a recruitment and training consultancy, we work with a wide range of companies across the luxury, premium and high-premium sectors throughout Europe. We operate from strategically located offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Berlin.

Your Role as a Boutique & Showroom Manager:

• Welcome our clients to the Geneva showroom and make every visit feel warm, elegant and personal
• Take your time with them: in consultations of around one hour you find out what they really want, from style and budget to the story behind the piece
• Guide them through diamonds, materials and designs, including bespoke and made-to-order jewellery
• Build real relationships and stay close to your clients, from the first hello to the follow-up after the purchase
• Turn great conversations into sales with an honest, advice-led approach and reach your targets
• Become a true expert in our collections, diamonds, gemstones and metals, and explain them in a clear and simple way
• Keep orders and client details up to date in our CRM and work hand in hand with the internal teams, so everything runs smoothly until delivery
• Be the face of the brand and keep the showroom immaculate, welcoming and inspiring
• Bring your own ideas to build up the showroom further

Requirements as a Boutique & Showroom Manager:

• Welcome clients to the Geneva showroom and create a warm, elegant and personalised experience
• Conduct individual consultations of around one hour to understand each client’s style, budget and needs
• Guide clients in selecting jewellery, diamonds, materials and designs, including bespoke and made-to-order pieces
• Build lasting client relationships with follow-up from first welcome to post-purchase
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the showroom and the brand in Geneva
• Develop strong knowledge of collections, diamonds, gemstones and manufacturing techniques
• Use the CRM daily and follow up on orders together with the internal teams
• Represent the brand with elegance and keep the showroom immaculate and inspiring
• Swiss permit C or Swiss residency is a must
