Sales Executive – B2B (m/f/d)
Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training firm specialising in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Sales Executive M/F/D in The Netherlands.
In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the uxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich.
Description of the Sales Executive :

- Sales & Customer Management
- Conduct weekly sales tours and build customer relationships
- Manage existing accounts and strategically develop key clients
- Provide excellent customer consulting, including training on products, services, and the B2B platform
- Manage the customer community on social media in line with brand guidelines
- Drive revenue growth through order management, upselling, new client acquisition, and sales follow-up
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure merchandising standards and brand presentation
- Train clients on merchandising guidelines
- Create tailored merchandising proposals
Planning & Reporting
- Monitor annual targets, forecasts, and KPIs; track P&L
- Support long-term planning
- Document activities in the CRM, report progress, and suggest improvements
- Collect market and competitor insights
- Participate in internal projects such as RETEX, key user initiatives, and best practices
Teamwork
- Share best practices and insights with the sales team and company

Requirements
- Native Dutch speaker or strong affinity with Netherlands culture
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Driving license and ability to rent a car
- 2–5 years of studies in business (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- Relevant experience in a similar role; internships or working student positions are also considered
- Dynamic, positive, organized, and proactive personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Affinity for design, fashion, or retail
