Store Manager - Premium Fashion Brand - Bicester
Luxe Talent is an International Recruitment and Training Consultant specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG. We work with several companies and brands in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, Amsterdam and Lisbon.
We are currently looking for a Store Manager profiles for one of our clients, a Premium Fashion Brand.
Job Description as Store Manager:
- Provide excellent and memorable customer service;
- Manage and lead by example the team, being in charge of tasks related to the selection, training and motivation of employees;
- Manage the store in all its aspects, as well as keeping an eye on the image and product display at the point of sale (visual merchandising);
- Mobilize and manage the team to achieve the goals proposed by the brand, in order to maximize sales;
- Analysis and management of the main KPIs related to Premium retail, meeting the objectives proposed by the brand.
Requisites:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Technological skills in user optics (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);
- Experience in KPIs analysis in retail and Luxury;
- Proven experience in team management, preferably in a retail and luxury brand context (minimum 5 years);
- Valued soft skills: dynamism, proactivity, adaptability, interpersonal contact, continuous learning, strong interest and good understanding of fashion;
- Knowledge of other languages, such as French, is an advantage.
