professional and dynamic Sales Assistant, German and English Speaking for an High Premium Brand in Alsterhaus in Hamburg.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe, and we have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Job description of a sales assistant:

The sales Assistant will have to provide product, promotion and pricing inormation by clarifying customer requests; to approach customers and offer them advice and support on the product to persuade them to buy; to develop enduring relationships with International clients; to maximize sales for the Boutique; to handle returns of merchandise; to maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Boutique at the highest standard; to support the team on the general operations of the Boutique; to maintain the customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English (written & spoken)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to communicate and inspire customers & colleagues with great customer service skills.
• Availability to work during weekends.
