SALES ASSISTANT (Full-Time) Premium Brand in Roosendaal
From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for one of our customer, a french premium Brand, a SALES ASSISTANT (Full-Time) for the Store in Roosendaal Outlet.
In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STORE MANAGER:
- Be an ambassador of the Brand.
- Welcome and assist customers throughout their visit by providing a personalised service;
- Advise the customer by highlighting the traditional savoir-faire of the brand and the characteristics of the products;
- Develop customer loyalty and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of the turnover of your point of sale;
- Ensure the follow-up of stocks and guarantee their reliability;
- Receiving goods and restocking.
- Highlight the collections through inspiring merchandising visuals and to create the visual merchandising in accordance with the company's guidelines;
- Ensure that the point of sale is well maintained.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE STORE MANAGER:
- Fluency in English; the knowledge of French or another language would be considered as a plus;
- Previous experience in a similar role,
- Strong actitude to fashion and to sales.
- Customer service attitude;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
- Availability to work on shifts and at weekends.
