Sales Assistant for Italian Premium Brand - Amsterdam
Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG. We are looking for one of our customer, an Italian premium Brand, a SALES ASSISTANT (Full-Time or Part-time) for the Store in Amsterdam, for an opening.
In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe. For example, we have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich. Therefore, we offer you this position as store manager for a high-end brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES ASSISTANT:
- Be an ambassador of the Brand.
- Welcome and assist customers throughout their visit by providing a personalised service;
- Advise the customer by highlighting the traditional savoir-faire of the brand and the characteristics of the products;
- Develop customer loyalty and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of the turnover of your point of sale;
- Ensure the follow-up of stocks and guarantee their reliability;
- Receiving goods and restocking.
- Highlight the collections through inspiring merchandising visuals and to create the visual merchandising in accordance with the company's guidelines;
- Secure that the point of sale is well maintained.
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Previous experience in a similar role,
- Strong attitude to fashion and to sales.
- Customer service attitude;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Facility to multitask and work under pressure;
- Availability to work Part-Time on shifts and at weekends.
