Job description:
The responsabilities of the sales assistant are: provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; approach customers and offer them advice and support on the product to persuade them to buy; develop enduring relationships with Chinese clients; maximize sales for the Boutique; handle returns of merchandise; maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Boutique at the highest standard; support the team on the general operations of the Boutique and maintain the customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;
Requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese and English (written & spoken);
- Previous experience in retail is required;
- Ability to communicate and inspire customers & colleagues with great customer service skills.
