Luxe Talent, International Recruitment Agency specialized in Fashion and Retail, is currently seeking for a professional and dynamic Sales Assistant French and English Speaking for a Premium Italian Menswear Brand in Bruxelles.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and internationally expanding company at their first boutique in Bruxelles.

Job description:

As a Sales Assistant you will be a brand ambassador and provide exceptional customer service; maximise store profitability by exceeding your sales targets; assist in the maintenance of standards on the shop floor and for all displays and merchandise.

Your main duties include promote customer relationships, ensure efficient use of CRM, keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends, contribute to the achievement of the target by working in team.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English; the knowledge of Flamish or any other third language would be considered as a plus,
• Previous experience in a similar role,
• Manages his/ her image standards on a high level,
• Good team player,
• Capacity to multitask and work in a dynamic environment,
• Ability to communicate and inspire customers & colleagues with great customer service skills,
• Good knowledge and/or interest for the fashion/luxury industry,
• Availability to work during weekends.
